Hi Team,

After upgrading to RC2 I am unable to browse to HTTP sites after logging in 
(free access or voucher).
I'm redirected to a squid Access Denied page - "Access control 
configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time".

I have reviewed all the logs in /var/log but don't see any apparent errors.

could any give me a clue on where to start troubleshooting?

Ubuntu 12.04.
