Hi John

I've posted some changes in the nightlies for fixing the failure to upgrade
for the grase-conf-squid packages. Having said that, that isn't your
problem.

Can you please post the output of cat /etc/default/squid3
and the contents of /etc/squid/squid.conf.grase (the /etc/squid/grase.d
directory is for overrides, the main config is the
/etc/squid/squid.conf.grase file)
