If you have a read of http://security.stackexchange.com/a/42146 you'll get
an idea why just blocking some ports won't do anything.

This really isn't something that can be solved on the technical side. If
you make a really restrictive internet connection (only port 80, which goes
via Squid), then maybe you can block it.

The real question is, how restricted does the internet need to become for
your normal clients (i.e. is it still usable), to block someone abusing the
system?

Blocking ports in the admin interface is still an open feature request,
it's not going to happen anytime soon unless someone else contributes the
code for it.
