Hi Asok

Those settings look good.

Are you sure that your phone isn't using the Mobile data before you are
logged into the Hotspot? Android has the ability to connect to Wifi but
keep using the Mobile Data if it detects that the Wifi doesn't provide
internet. I've tested this on my Android device, and Gmail certainly
doesn't work until I'm logged in.
