Hi

so I have this problem, its only over wifi, with laptops it takes little 
bit less time (about 30s), but with tablets and mobile devices it takes 
every single time about 2 min.
this is what happens, you can see in this video:

1. open browser, type web address it goes to 10.1.0.1.... and loading 
circle is spinning... white background
2. in about 2 min (+/- 5 to 10s) login page magically appear
3. when type login details, it works perfectly normal (speed-wise)

i have this problem on 2 separate hotspot 3.8.0

do i need to change something in configuration ? i did go over manuals, go 
over posts here and google it and cant find anything like this

any ideas ?
