update:

ok, so as @Vicente Henríquez commented on my youtube video that it could be 
picture, i start reverse process, and add my modifications step by step.

It turns out that the problem was... wait for it....

@import url(https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Roboto+Condensed);     
       in main CSS.

i do have added in Coova Chilli Settings (and restarted server for update)
https://fonts.googleapis.com

however its still not working. (slow loading - 2min)

i did try debugging with chrome and i can see its only connects to https://fonts.googleapis.com/ 
so there is no other links...

any ideas ?
