2016-02-17 - Menu item “Login” does not work when on help page

Hi, Not a big issue but in v3.8.0 when you select the "Help" menu item and 
go to the Help page and then try to select the "Login" menu item to go back 
to the login page it does nothing. I know there is the "Return to Welcome 
Page" link in the help text and that does the trick but is it possible to 
get the menu option working as well?
