Looking back at the support info you sent, I can see you didn't post it
all. It's missing the first half.
I expect something with your squid package is broken. There should be a
grase-conf-squid3 package that overrides the default squid files. Can you
please run the support information again, and either paste the content, or
choose the option at the end to paste it to the pastebin so we can see it
all.
