Can you please run the following sequence of commands (they need to be a
sequence to get the information we are looking for).
/etc/init.d/squid3 stop
/etc/init.d/squid3 start
grep squid /var/log/syslog
Then post the results of the last command. (Also, don't try and combine the
first 2 into a restart command, we need a stop and start to ensure it's a
true start)
