Hi Jean

Not sure if I understand your questions.

In theory, the Grase hotspot should work with UTF characters. In practice,
the current version will have bugs. Make sure you use UTF and not try to
use extended ASCII.

Easiest way to hide the admin link is probably with custom CSS. Feel free
to open a bug so we make it customisation in future versions to hide it
properly.
