Not currently. Have a check for an existing issue at
https://github.com/GraseHotspot/grase-www-portal/issues and log one if
there isn't one.

The free user is already tied to a MAC address. So just setup the group
that gets Free Time to not have a recurring timelimit, but a once off time
limit.
