Hi there

i want to customise the free access section for the hotspot.

I have found the section in the template page to add the input fields i 
require in, however how will i be able to record the data that is entered 
when they click the free access button.

i just need to log it to a mysql table.

All i want is for the users to enter their name and contact number before 
being given access, if i make the input elements require this is achieved. 
however how will i recored this information.
