Hey Shrijan,

 

It sounds like what you want is a simple solution actually, you want to have the same account available to 20 users, this is easily done by setting up a group with 20 users and then assigning a user name and password to that account (eg. User:abc pass:123 group:20user)… this is the only way I understand you can do it. If you want to be able to track what each separate user is doing. You would have to setup each one with its own user account.

 

The only other tracking method (with the above mentioned solution) is to “manually” track which mac address is accessing what… 

(I put manually in “” because I am uncertain if it is possible to setup your own tracking within the background database to do this)

I just want to add let say username=vip01 and password=vip01 for 20 times with the same username and password.. but looks like same username cannot have multiple accounts. Any other way to create them?
