Can you please use the support information tool (
https://grasehotspot.org/support/collecting-support-information/) to
collect support information.

Can you also please check /var/log/apache2/error.log and
/var/log/apache2/error_log (I can't remember the right file) for any error
messages from visiting the cron.php page.
