2020-05-24 - freeradius crashs

Hi

my problem since 2month, thefree radius demon dies! with this missing 
service, the MAC authorized Users can't access the internet.
The Syslog show the following message:

coova-chilli[3791]: radius.c: 244: radius queue is full! qnext=0 qsize=0

coova-chilli[3791]: chilli.c: 1515: radius_default_pack() failed


in some times it's ok to restart the chilli and the freeradius demons, but 
mostly I have to reboot the machine.

Ideas?
