All the log messages are from Coova-Chilli, and are because the radius
server is not there. You'll need to go back through the logs to find out
why freeradius isn't running. After trying to start freeradius, are there
any errors in the logs? (Stop coova-chilli and just focus on getting
freeradius to run, might make it easier to see the messages).
