This means that there is already another DNS server running.
Try running the following command to find out what server it is.
sudo netstat -l -n -p |grep :53

Its most likely bind (which may appear as named). You'll need to prevent 
that other dns server starting, or uninstall it.

(p.s. I'll see if I can make the grase-conf-dnsmasq package conflict 
with things like bind)
