In this instance, they are not.

The GRASE logs regarding client logins, webpages surfed, alocated quota usage and the rest, does Not appear to be stored in any logfile of any kind on the system, which brings the question on weather it is stored in SQL or not, by Default.
And if it is, it should be possible to periodically send the logs to another server for secure storage.
