2014-08-15 - Eth0 and Wlan0 problems

Lets see what i test , and where i stuck...
Ubuntu 12.04
Atom 330 with 1x eth giga
1x usb tp-link 722n ( recognized and working ok )

Grase installed and working ok, but after browsing pages 2 -3 minutes comes 
up extremly slow, or not connected.

Eth0 and Wlan0 recognized ok on grase
Eth0 is connected on a dsl modem DHCP and get a dedicated ip paired to mac 
address 192.168.1.50 internet ready to run
Wlan0 is connected on a tp-link 1043nd with modified openwrt default ip 
192.168.1.1 .... (here is the problem)

Essid on 1043nd is open, no wep, no wpa, DHCP disabled
If i disable also auto connect and DHCP on wlan0 it never connect
If static ip (192.168.1.2) on wlan0 it connects and looking ok, but as i 
say above after 2-3 minutes of browsing with grase login it goes slow to 
extremly slow.

How to connect wlan0 to ap correctly TIM?
