Hi Nazanin

Firstly, the 10.64.62.1 range is the VPN, which shows that your virtual
machine has an internet connection.

Regarding your virtual setup. Does your windows server have multiple
network cards? If so, you'll need to bridge the "LAN" interface of the
Hotspot to the "LAN" interface of the server. You can NAT or Bridge the WAN
interface of the hotspot to the WAN of the server.
