Ah stupid me. I forgot the main and possible best way.

It is necessary to make label template in Word or Libre/Openoffice and 
instead CSV connect to MySql database directly.
It is necessary to add new database source (Windows) for MySql database. 
Use that connection when creating label template in Word. Similar is for 
Libre Office.

Whenever you add new users to Grase, open that template and check 
"from-to" records you wish labels print out.

For proof access, it would be OK to add new user to MySql database which 
will have read access only.

I may try this one day and  explain whole procedure here.
