Hi Sheena

Unfortunately, the limits that apply to a user are applied at login.
They can't be changed until the user logs out, and back in again. In
the future there is a feature of Coova Chilli that we can use to
dynamically change the users existing session, but this will be a long
way in the future. It's some tricky maths to make it work.
