Yeap. fixed after a lot of changes, and a little bit more attention on 
coova chilli wiki.
I have to say that if no server reboot - restart, owner of ticket got same 
ip for days that got voucher, and no logout at all . PERFECT.
Still on nightly ( i like it ) and test are on.
Soon when finish, i will post details of changes, including squid 
configurations and of course wds to cover longer area
