i found the way to fix picture as a background by disabling:

body {
    background-color: transparent;
}

when login with laptop it works it shows my background, all changes are 
working (pictures visible),
however with mobile login i still have cream background and I cant find way 
to remove it, is there a different body for mobile devices ?

i will start digging original css but someone maybe knows how to do it.
