YES! that was the problem, i didn't thought about that, i did change now 
login to 5 positions and cut down on password to 2 so its generating fine 
now.

is there a way to delete expired accounts by hand ? I know you can delete 
them one by one but is there a way to remove them manually as a batch?
I know in old server it took months to remove them selves.

maybe is there a way to change time how long to wait to remove expired 
tickets ?
