Hi All,
Requesting your assistance in resolving what is probably a minor issue.
The login page only works intermittently. When someone clicks onto an 
access point they should be directed to our login page and become an active 
session. Unfortunately, sometimes (and more often than not), they are being 
given immediate access to the Internet without being required to sign in 
with user name and password. Sometimes well into a session a login in page 
will pop up and you cannot proceed without logging in. The service is free 
and high speed, but we restrict usage to 2GB per day and 3 simultaneous 
devices. We cannot do this when they are not required to log-in so that we 
can regulate their usage.
Using version 3.8. 

Server is Dell, 16G RAM, SSD Hd’s, all specs far exceed the minimums 
required across the board.
