Thank your for the advices and well i have read some documentations and it 
is really impossible to block https websites. nevertheless i have decided 
to use both squidgaurd and opendns separately to improve our network 
perfomance. i will block some specific website during the working hours and 
unblock them after working hours. I appreciate your time and help once 
again thank you very much
