I wish to say that radius thing is invented to restrict access not to 
allow self signing everyone who touch the door. Self signing is good in 
combination with PayPal or simillar when user really pay something.

Ok it may have sense in your case too.

Now, back to your problem. If you wish to delete accounts probably you 
wil loose the logs as well. At least you will loose relationship between 
accounts and logs. This is another question what benefits from all this 
you have.

Some script may clean your accounts periodically.

Before that,

I would analyze how accounts are generated. Are there same mac addreses 
repeadetaly created as a account. When user sign up first time, which 
way she/he will connect next time? Automatically or she/he needs to push 
signup button again?

Is it possible that accounts are created itself just any device get DHCP 
from your AP?
