As long as you can connect to the hotspot MYSQL database, you can code in 
any language... You just have to insert the right records into the database 
for it to work like you want :)

You don't have to use PHP for your project... Just understand first how the 
records (vouchers) are inserted into the database, and then in the language 
of your choosing transpose that into code :)
