Thanks for your quick answer.
I'il write a little more detail.
The command I have given is available in my rc.local file. I ran it again 
and got the speedtest again. The result is the same.
lspci | grep Ether
00: 1f.6 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation Ethernet Connection (2)

ETH0 - WAN Port
ETH1 - LAN PORT

The Internet from the ETH0 WAN porta passes through the Zyxel USG firewall. 
When testing with a Windows OS installed system from the same port. 800 
Mbps.
Could it be r8169 that appears to be the result of lsmod? I'm looking for 
the right place.
