There was an error in the DNS of Grase itself that Tim and I located, I know I had a similar issue for years because of this DNS issue (even though /etc/network/interfaces was setup correctly, and the DNS was setup correctly on the grase http admin page, we found that if we didn’t set the  DNS in the /etc/chilli/config as well after a while clients just wouldn’t be able to get internet due to DNS issues)

After running for a few years, today our Hotspot no longer serves internet.  The status page shows the ip of the WAN nic, but the subnetmask and gateway are blank.  IFCONFIG shows the subnet mask fine though.
