Cuando termino de instalar y ejecuto la configuración me sale esto a la hora de configurar el lan:
 
No available LAN interfaces detected. Interfaces must not be managed by network manager. 
Run (replace enp1s0 with your LAN interface) `nmcli device set enp1s0 managed no` to prevent network manager   
from managing the LAN device that the hotspot will run on
 
I have no idea what to do after this. Help.

Is this a new installation or an existing one?

When I set up grase a few years ago, I used debian, and I stripped systemd from the install so that it gives a clean environment. 

We need more information with regards to your setup.  Did you install Ubuntu server or desktop?  I suspect that you have installed a graphical desktop, which should not be used on any server.  The problem with systemd is that it renames the interfaces.  If you continue to use systemd, then you really should remove network manager entirely, and also set things up so that systemd does not rename the network cards.
