Hi,

I'm looking for a solution that provides free internet access but logs
everything and authenticates users (required by French laws).

In short:
- The user gets a page where he enters his phone number
- The system sends him a SMS with a password
- He enters his password and gains internet access for 24 hours.

AFAIK, Grase doesn't do that, yet. Do you think it would be possible?
Or do you know any opensource solution that does that?
