The way the plugin system would work, users could "purchase" a voucher 
for $0, so free vouchers would work!
It'll be a plugin for each "payment gateway", i.e. paypal, and you could 
have a sms "payment gateway". It would then be a matter of implementing 
each different API for sending SMS, making it as easy as possible for it 
to be extended to other SMS providers.

Currently, I'm in the process of redefining how we make "vouchers" so 
that we can have this new payment system.
