OK, I don't know why, but after some more rebooting I get an IP address 
again, but now DNS is not working..
so something still seems to be broken with dnsmasq..
entering different DNS servers in grase admin panel makes no difference..

Should I try a different version of dnsmasq or different network cards?
If anyone has any suggestions, feel free to provide them :)
