If you wish to change the blocking, you need to see opendns.com and set it
up there (and probably change the DNS ip's to specific ones given by
OpenDNS).

To edit the login page, there is a settings page that allows you to add
html around key elements, and to modify the CSS. This is enough to create
amazing login pages that look nothing like the default.
