All the settings for modifying the pages CSS are in Portal Customisation
(See http://demo.grasehotspot.org/grase/radmin/loginconfig)

To change OpenDNS blocking settings, you'll need to look at the OpenDNS
guides, and when it gives you DNS server IP addresses, check that they
match what you have in network settings (See
http://demo.grasehotspot.org/grase/radmin/netconfig.php)
