Hi Thomas

Create a group for free access, e.g. "Free"
For that group, give it a recurring data limit of 100MiB per Day (sorry,
can't do 1/2 days).
Leave Default Data Limit blank.
Under Portal Customisation, put "Free" as the Free Login group.

All newly created free users (with the free login link) will have 100MiB
per 24 hour period.
