Hi bruce l. It's possibly due to chilli and dnsmasq module crash. Try login
to your server terminal, and run by using sudo, to restart chilli and
dnsmasq.

sudo service chilli restart
sudo service dnsmasq restart

Try restarting  services 2-3 times and wait for module to be refreshed.
Your grase will start after this method. (Still need a solution for grase
module freeze after restart though.)
