Not sure if it's related but my setup of the hotspot has had users who 
aren't greeted with the login page from mobile devices, the best workaround 
is to just have them visit a page they wouldn't normally view. Best goto 
has been cnn.com, virtually no one has gone there and it's too time 
consuming to show them how to clear browser cache.
