Hi Tim,
Sorry but I don't know really where the issue ended up being or if there 
was multiple problems. For a while I could get into the Admin side of Grase 
and intermittently the clients could get the login page. But ultimately all 
failed and possibly it was a network card driver on the Grase side of 
things. The WAN side was OK. It has been up for a few days now and 
operating perfectly with lot of different users.
