Hi Arniel

Can you please verify what your network cards show as. Show us the output
of the command "/sbin/ifconfig -a"

Can you please also verify that you are using Ubuntu 12.04?

Lastly, can you please access the web interface from the WAN side, (you'll
need to know your WAN ip address) and go to the network settings page,
select the correct network cards and hit save. Even if the correct network
cards are already displayed, please hit save.
Then reboot.
