Hi All

Jean I have a similar problem like yours. I have done a  fresh installation 
of of ubuntu server 14.04.03 and installed grase night builds. howver 
during installatio the grase-conf-squid gave me the same error.  I am also 
facing the same issue of not being able to open the grase/radmin page to 
create new users. any help to fix that. otherwise grase is a cool captive 
portal .
