Your network card is davicom dm9601 and it is mentioned that your device
has some problems with PI, you may see it on the bottom of the page.
("Problem Ethernet adapters" subject)
It says, at the begining of system it works and pings and then it crashes
imediately after any transfer begins. Also it is said that your device is
USB 1.1 support. It is a bit slow and that may cause performance problems
too.

If you try to update your device with 2016 drivers, you may get some result
but i advice you to change your adapter with another one.
