I'm so sry, I forgot to mention that I actually use www.yahoo.com for 
tests, as other posts have suggested that the SSL limitations might be the 
problem. no luck. its really an odd thing to happen actually, cuz after 
approximately 30 mins it gets fixed! i don't know if this should be 
considered as a problem (it gets fixed by it self, but it takes time :D ). 
so sry if I'm consuming your time. and thank you again.

i just rebooted the server. tried on 2 clients, when i enter ip address in 
the browser, the redirection works (i tried 8.8.8.8), but when i use a web 
url, it doesn't work. does it have anything to do with the dns?
