I am not quite sure what do you mean by DNS.

If you are looking at the Status page of radmin web page, there is only 
one DNS 1 showed at the WAN interface ... here is mine:

IP Address 	192.168.1.33
Subnet Mask 	255.255.255.0
Gateway 	192.168.1.1
DNS 1 	127.0.0.1
DNS 2 	
MAC Address 	00:19:B9:6B:D7:FD
Network Interface 	eth0

That should be OK.

So, it is important what DNS will grab your clients on lan side. If 
everything per design clients should get
208.67.222.123 for both DNS.
You can leave those or you can type your own at the Network Settings page.
208.67.222.123 are opensourced for personal use which will block access 
to criminal, porn and similar domains.
