All clients should get the Hotspot IP as it's DNS server. The DNS server
reported on the status page is what ever DNS server the hotspot server is
using. However, dnsmasq sits between the clients and the internet, and it
gets it's upstream DNS from the Grase settings.

So... Assuming hotspot is at 10.1.0.1, and you want to use Google DNS for
Grase clients.

Clients should have 10.1.0.1 as DNS server
Hotspot server can report anything in the status page, most likely it'll
report 127.0.0.1. You can ignore what's reported here.
Settings in Grase should have 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 if you wanted to use
Google DNS.

Clients connect to Hotspot server, which takes settings from Grase, and
connects to google.
