Hi.

What is your OS in mobile?
In the laptop, i think you have win 8 or 10.
If you have android in mobile then the first situation is OK.

Which addresses did you try in second one?
If you tried google, it has https and this will not redirect! Please try
another one like 7g24s.com or etc.

Android phones have a problem with google https. Most android users trying
to connect to the Internet by using google search engine's shortcut. This
shortcut has https and will not redirect.
