The problem is following (steps to repro below in same order):

1.  use mobile to connect to hotspot : success
2.  no pop up comes for login
3.  put google.com in browser (fail, it says check for network settings:  
THIS IS BECAUSE I THINK DNS-NAMESERVERS are not recieved by mobile)
4.  put some ip address in browser, redirects to grase user login page. 
(confirms theory in point 3)
5.  checking on demo.grasehotspot.com shows dns as 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
6.  I put these hosts in dns under chilli config, no success 

How should i proceed for this?
