I followed the
instructions https://grasehotspot.org/documentation/installation/. my
ifconfig returns etho(WAN),eth1(Lan) and tuno and tun1.
I just connected the second networkcard(LAN card eth1) into a switch and
connected my laptop to the switch. google.com was allowed so searching
works which is desirable I searched for cnn and got the results clicking on
the actual link got me redirected to the login screen. But when I searched
for youtube and clicked the link it just allowed me to access it I have not
tested more sites will do it tomorrow it is almost midnight here.
Another concern is that some links never redirect to the login page they
just try loading until they timeout a good example being trying to access
facebook.com from google search page. This are the few issues I have faced
otherwise great work I have been trying to get this setup working for the
last one week I wish I had found grase earlier. Thanks.
